Position Summary
The eCommerce Coordinator will provide support for eCommerce customers, distribution center (DC) management, third party shipping system and corporate departmental resources. This position is responsible for the eCommerce support infrastructure.

This position is located at our corporate office in Kennesaw, GA.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for eCommerce support infrastructure between customers, fulfillment DCs, IT and third party resources such as Neumonics, UPS, FedEx and USPS. Ensure the support infrastructure is comprehensive and managed by interacting with customers, DC management, shipping stations and third party resources.
* Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports that encapsulate the sales and operational measurements of customers and warehouses supporting Efulfillment. Must be able to aggregate, analyze and present important and applicable support statistics to guide department director in continuous process improvements.
* Main resource for key eCommerce projects and initiatives such as operational integrations and adoption of shipping software enhancements
* Lead all eCommerce related communications across sites and departments. Assist department director by having the ability to efficiently interact with and influence senior key decision makers.
* Maintain and manage the accuracy of company-related information on all third party portals required by customers
* Maintain and manage shipping software database. Serve as shipping software database administrator and handle all customer setup and maintenance for inventory feeds, carrier account numbers and all data pertaining to shipping software integration.
* Create and maintain SOP's as well as effective training communications for DC management and department director
* Responsible for new customer setup and initial onboarding of customers and new Efulfillment DCs. Ensure DC operations are prepared as well as SAP configuration and shipping software is comprehensive.
* Create and maintain customer data lists, DC personnel rosters/key contacts
* Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field is preferred
* 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, issue resolution and data compilation for generating reports is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required
* Experience with SAP is preferred
* Experience managing metrics is preferred
* Superior customer service skills is a must
* Strong attention to detail is a must
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central or other small package shipping software is a plus
* Experience with EDI is a plus
