Position Summary
The candidate will implement and support the administration of benefits plans for employees as well as review and analyze them for effectiveness

Duties & Responsibilities

* Answer employee queries on all benefits matters including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K and short and long term disability.
* Develop and maintain system reports required for benefit functions. Review and analyze report for discrepancies and anomalies.
* Administer Leave of Absences including LOA tracking and FMLA & ADA compliance.
* Analyze and model benefit plan costs for strategic planning; track and report on plan performance; forecast and budget variances and manage plan funding and cost analysis.
* Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* High School Diploma.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field preferred.
* 3-5 Years of general benefits experience, implementing and administering all benefit plans for large organizations.

* Excellent customer service skills needed to assist on the HR help line.
* Analytical skills and ability to use good judgment and work independently if needed.
* Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
* Experience with payroll systems a plus.
* Experience with HRIS systems a plus, especially ADP Vantage
* Experience working with remote employees is preferred

* Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive date and multi-task so that deadlines can be met.
* High organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
