Job Summary
Auto Plus is a major U.S.-based distributor of automotive aftermarket parts. Junior Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Additional key holder for the Distribution Center. Responsible for opening and closing the facility at least twice a week.
* Responsible for training new hires in all technical and operational functions. Equipment training included.
* Responsible for coaching and counseling employees to meet performance and productive expectations.
* Drive production and accuracy through daily conversations and work performance observations- must have the ability to provide consecutive feedback when needed.
* Organizing and executing the daily delivery routes and customer pickups.
* Processing daily store replenishment orders as needed.
* Responsible for daily receipt of tire and battery loads as needed.
* Expectation is to work on the production floor 80% of the time and performing administrative duties 20% of the time.
* Perform inventory cycle counts as needed.
* Assist with interviewing potential new hires.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* High School Diploma.
* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* 3-5 Years' Distribution warehouse experience in a leadership position.
* Hazmat/ Forklift Experience.
* Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive date and multi-task so that deadlines can be met.
* High organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
